What's the "all lineman hit the ground" cut blocking play?

In the 2nd quarter of the KSU game at about the 8 minute mark a play is run where all the linemen drop flat (looks like all are cut blocking their man). On the play Mayfield dropped back to pass and then ran it about 20 yards down inside the 5. (you can see the play on the soonersports.com highlights) I've never seen this before-looks very unorthodox. Can anyone explain?
