I've received a job offer from a company that could potentially be construed as a competitor of my current company, and am leaning towards accepting. I have a non-compete in my employment contract, which I don't believe would be enforceable, but want to get actual legal advice on that before I make a move.
Anyone have recommendations of a labor/employment lawyer in Texas? I'd be looking for an initial consultation, and then would likely retain them if I was actually challenged on anything. Thanks.
