OT...Dallas

I just upped my personal arsenal. This is getting beyond stupid. We have a POTUS that has propagated a race war. I've always, since the end of his first tenure, worried that he'd create a way to create a military state or declare martial law because that means he doesn't have to stand down as POTUS.

You know, as politically stupid as Trump is, I don't care. We don't need another politician. We need a freakin leader. I don't necessarily believe that he's the best, but at least I know he's not owned by interest groups. Hillary is owned by the Middle East, she's owned by Soros, she's owned by the rest of her family... not to mention that anyone else would've been tried for treason and obstruction of justice for her crimes she's committed most recently.

Mmm, that is one solid argument...
Therefore I like it.

I'm not going to argue with this post one bit. It echoes my feelings on Trump as well. He may very well turn out to be a train wreck of a president. But I would rather roll the dice with a guy like Trump in office, than to get a Hillary Frickin Clinton regime.

Queen Pants Suit is the most polarizing political figure in US history, one with lots of baggage and lots of undeserved acclaim. I think it's because she's a shameless mercenary devoid of character and integrity....who uses her "I am woman" rhetoric to further appeal to her liberal followers.
There are other career politicians who fit (or have fit) the same mold, but Hillary gets top billing at this time.

I love my Sooners in all sports and I guess you do too. What you typing is very ignorant . If you sit next to a black person at a sooner sporting event, please don't high five them.

What I posted was a simple fact. I know it is hard for some to recognize the truth when they see it. Those who can't see the truth always label those who state the truth as ignorant.

Why don't you try to refute what I posted instead of the name calling?

Show me where I posted some erroneous fact. You won't because you simply can't. The truth is that most of the very small percentage of blacks killed by cops was justified. The golden rule here is to raise your children to respect law and order and those who enforce it.

A republican is going to have a very hard time winning with today's demographics. Hillary can lie, cheat, and do basically whatever she wants and most minorities, the poor, and liberals will vote for her no matter what. They couldn't care less about her lying about emails or Benghazi. I would say most wouldn't even know what you are talking about

A GOP win this year would have been much more doable had Trump not decided to run, IMO. Hillary is one of the most terrible candidates the Democratic Party could have selected. I can't believe this is going to happen to our country. Trump is right about a lot things but can't help shooting himself in the foot time and time again. JMO.

For all the condemnation Trump has received by the Democrats, Hillary and even fellow Republicans, it should be noted that it was the resentment and distrust of today's politicians (in both parties) that put Trump where he is in the first place. Trump supporters fell in love with his attitude and his being a maverick.....they're voting for his attitude over his substance, or lack thereof.
Looks like it will be all for naught as yet another career politician....and the worst of the worst kind of politician...will become president in November.....only because the Republicans can't find someone to beat a very weak, a very corrupt and a very deceitful Democrat.
I'm beginning to feel that this country is evolving into a one-party nation. I blame that on an ill-informed, apathetic and naive populous who embrace sucking the teat of the nanny state we've become.

I whole-heartedly disagree with you. Trump is the best chance for a weak, splineless-GOP to win the presidency. He received the most votes in primary history. No other candidate could come close to beating Hillary. Get ready for President Trump.

I use that ignorance to my advantage. When I explain how the Electoral College works to these dumbass numb skulls and tell them their vote is meaningless in this part of the country, they get a hang dog look on their face and decide it isn't worth their time to vote. But they're happy... It gives them another night to watch movies and play video games.

I would ALMOST bet you 20% of my retirement that you are wrong, but I didn't acquire what I have by investing carelessly. Regardless, if Trump wins I will gladly meet up with you and celebrate Hillary's defeat. And the party will be on me. Besides, I bet you would be fun to hang out with.

You're right. The Republican candidate will carry Oklahoma even if it is Bozo the Clown, which will likely be the case this year......and I will vote GOP too so not a rub against anyone. I just hate that there isn't a better choice.

What I think you fail to recognize is how absolutely weak the GOP is. Trump walked into the primary and kicked their butts... all 17 of them. I didn't vote for Trump in the primary, I cast my vote for one of the 17 that failed. Looking back, there was no way that any of those wannabes could have beat Hillary. The GOP is so pissed, so angry at losing their position of strength to the people that by design, they are sitting idle. If Trump loses, it'll be on them.

I can't disagree. But would like it if I could. Depressing!

The media Left trashed on all Repub candidates causing them to all somewhat backtrack and look foolish except Trump. Now that The Donald is the Repub nominee, watch the crooked dance of the media demonize and curse him while continuing to give free passes and overwhelming support to Hillary.

The media all along wanted HRC to oppose Trump and they fought/lied/manipulated so hard to make it so. They will make Trump appear totally incompetent while being the usual propaganda machine for the Queen. With the media (to include Hollywood, daytime and nighttime talk shows, ESPN, the Hispanic networks, etc.) in lock-step with the Left, the Right has no apparent chance. Too many cards stacked against them.

CT is likely right about the one-party direction this country appears headed. Have we doomed the next generation and those that follow? The Department of Education established by the Liberal Carter will no doubt re-write history ensuring institutionalized ignorance regarding our nation's past.

Keeping economic and employment prospects dismal for 8 long years, the POTUS has created strong dependency on government for our young people. Socialism is now here and it was forced upon us. States will soon be revisiting the potential for seceding from our country. I, personally, am ready to fight for secession.

Hillary will obviously ensure Left nominees are considered for Supreme Court replacements with the media severely chastising and bullying any opposition from the Right. Her pet project, abortion, will turn into more of a baby slaughtering entity. Pandora's Box is wide open. All by the Left to secure, in part, the non-faith and women voters.

Agree with your last post fortworth, but my destain is for both parties....even after having voted for "W" twice (2000 and 2004). Under Bush, the size of government expanded greatly and we were thrown into a war that has opened a Pandora's Box (terrorism) that is now a global nightmare. I do not support Obama at all, but it wasn't as if he did not inherit a bad economy and a wasteful, illegal and undeclared war in the Middle East....which he has since perpetuated.
This is a terrible time in history and one requiring statesmanship, proactive thinking and courage from an American president. We haven't been getting it and we're not getting it in the 2016 election. The debt will increase, the wars will continue, the size of government will keep expanding and the race war will continue and worsen domestically......and we'll have the likes of Chris Mathews, Bill O'Reilly, Rachel Maddow, Sean Hannity and Lawrence O'Donnell continuing to interpret the events of the world.

Let's not forget W selling this nation down the river to China by signing "Permanent Most-Favored Nation Trading Status" to the communists. Good bye USA manufacturing base. We cannot even manufacture "smart weapons" without buying rare earth magnets from the Chinese. US manufacturer Magnaquench was sold to the communists.

Agree CT. My point, though, is that both candidates are not presented with any semblance of fairness, objectivity, or balance by the media coverage. The media bias is so strong for the Left.

WP76 posted we have a looney bin nominee (Trump) vs. a criminal nominee (HRC). No doubt the media's overwhelming coverage will throw its weight in stones at the looney bin. The criminal will prosper greatly in comparison. Her house will go unscathed.

And in the meantime 55% of us will still have to work into our late 60's (or like my Dad, late 80's) with NO chance of any kind of golden parachute, just to feed the leeches...

One of the best things about my trip home last week was to listen to my bro & Dad who always vote blue state "No Mas" this time around...

That mine friend is cunningly brilliant.
Kudos.
I always tell the susceptible Dem that Repubs vote on Tuesday, Dems on Wednesday.
I got called in on the HR carpet once for posting that on the company bulletin board right before the last prez election.
Those folks have zero sense of humor.

I'll revise my last point by a comment I just heard: "the shooter's family will have to suffer the consequences of their (dead) son's actions for the rest of their lives and we should pray for them as well"... A sobering thought (for me at least)

This just in, as delicately and succinctly as I can possibly put it...R.B. Ginsburg should STFU.
Geez.

Actually, she is making such an ass of herself, I'd like her to continue. She is doing Trump a big favor. Even the NY Times has condemned her. She must have a screw loose or dealing with the same shit I'm dealing with. Ha!

But I love the way you so "delicately" made your statement. Too good.

Hillary is live on TV right now giving a speech. And I can't believe anyone would actually believe the crap coming out of her mouth. Every time she spoke it was nothing but vomit coming out. She is the definition of the typical lying ass politician that stands up there and simply says whatever it takes to rally up votes even though she doesn't mean a single word of it. It amazes me people didn't learn their lesson with Obamas bullshit during his presidential campaigns and are being brainwashed by the same type of lying ass campaign again with Hillary Frikin Clinton. The future of this country is truly bleak.

Yeah I was having lunch and almost had to have my wife perform the Heimlich maneuver on me when Hillary was making the point that the first thing a new POTUS has to do is take a oath to protect and defend the constitution. Like the oath she took as SOS to keep confidential information secure. I wish I had been in the audience.....kinda.

Constitutional amendments in immediate peril if we don't get this election right.

First amendment, regarding free speech and especially the unimpeded practicing of ones chosen religion.
Second amendment.
Two key SCOTUS appointments could reduce gun ownership to the well regulated militia BS, if not stricken entirely.
Fourth amendment.
To implement the changes to the 2nd amendment, the 4th would have to go also.
Can't have laws against illegal search and seizures impeding the government kicking your door down and taking your guns.

I know, some of you are saying..."Paranoid histrionics".
To that I'll say, is it? Is it really?
