Even if OU finishes 10-2 this year (highly unlikely) regardless I think if Morris or Herman are available the school needs to transitition into a new era. I am a huge supporter of Stoops and think he could have some good years left. To me this is just like when the Colts traded manning with Andrew Luck out there knowing that manning still had 3-5 good years left in him. Morris and Herman are not a guarantee to be successfull like Andrew Luck but their coaching styles is what OU is in need of: A coach who has an identity on offense and can recruit the hell out of TX.
