I think that makes us 4-2 in the conference and 25-6 overall. The loss to OSU in OKC wasn't a conference game. This is a totally different team. Clutch hitting. Clutch fielding. Clutch pitching. And we're really solid at second and short.

And this conference start has been missing one of the top three pitchers and a middle of the order hitter.These guys have a much different look than any of Hughes' other OU teams. They go to Austin next weekend, so we'll find out a lot on that trip. There really aren't any easy weekends in the Big XII in baseball.

But two wins in Waco in three shots, and two out of three at home against the team ranked second in the country, is a really solid conference start. These guys are playing like a regional host.
