So it appears we now have the first player to refuse to show up for practice because he wants his NIL deal redone. CFB is becoming bat crap crazy. I am sure this is just the new beginning and players will follow his lead.

Kid's just another prima Donna. Nil has ruined the game for me.
I am really trying to hang in and not abandon CFB but stuff like this doesn’t help the cause. It is now requiring schools to hire general managers to run what is suppose to be a college sport.

I doubt 1/3 of these kids even attend class these days. I do believe the hiring of Jim Nagy was a great hire but I wonder how much of a budget he has for football operations compared to other schools.

There was an article today on CBS sports saying there are now teams in basketball that have 10M payrolls. WTH if you ask me.

I will keep watching for a while longer but no longer will I be a fan of any of these “ Pay me or I go somewhere else “ greedy kids with greedy parents.

I know if OU wants to stay relevant it has to be done but quit calling this college football.

CFB for me is now “Pre-Pro Football”.
And it’s now a farm system for the NFL more than it’s ever been before.
I’m fed up with what’s happened to college sports, as I am with what our political landscape has become.
Sportsmanship and statesmanship are now considered “old school”.
