It likely uses simple language like: "The student must remain enrolled and in good standing with X university."

My issue with the NIL is that it will kill the mid-major programs. A lot of kids aren't "OU or Alabama" quality coming out of high school. But as soon as a kid at North Dakota State or Fresno State blows up and has a nice year, then suddenly, he'll be a hot commodity for the transfer market and those schools wont be able to match the P5 schools in $$$. The non-P5 schools (and even the bottom rung P5 schools, think KU or Vandy) will simply become developmental squads for the top 25 schools to pick through each year to fill roster gaps.
