Emmitt Jones has been doing wonders in the 2024 class and is a hell of a recruiter. No discussion there. I am a little worried about the potential of him closing down the 2025 class in August. If Nickens and Mozee commit that’s all 4 slots taken by players that have only played their sophomore and freshman year. I have no doubt that they are stellar players. There’s a lot that can happen before they put pen to paper in 2 years. Not to mention the emergence of other athletes who may not have gotten a chance at proving themselves or are late bloomers. For instance if we recruited like this on D-line we’d have no chance at a guy like WN who arrived onto the scene late. I’m definitely excited about what coach brings to the table, this is something I’ve been thinking about and was curious on others thoughts.
