Basically called all his kids dumb for ND except 2-3 guys. Called them all "at risk academically". Isn't that the prestige of going to ND? To me it seems like he is blaming ND for his kids cheating and not that he recruited poor character or knew the kids were not up to rigors of the school but needed them to win.
