OT: NCAA 14 CFB Revamped

If you’re a big fan of NCAA Football I recommend you getting this mod for it. It’s pretty easy to setup (if you know how to use a USB drive).

They are continuing to make updates to it but they’ve updated probably around 70% of the teams so far. They added in Coastal Carolina and a few other schools.

Plus they updated OU’s field (not stadium) and they also added everyone’s favorite Unis 😉

You can download current rosters as well.

Trejan Bridges - Weirdest OU career?

I need a break from the roster management, hurricane, and Scott Frost discussions. I got to thinking: pound-forpound, has any OU player ever had a stranger career than Bridges? In just over 2 years, he managed to be have a lengthy suspension (made mysteriously longer than his co-suspendees), had a brief/terrible experiment as a defensive back, then was arrested and kicked off the team for a completely separate offense. Plenty of Sooners have done one or two of those, but that’s a special trifecta.

If you’d like, explain your “why?” on your choice in this thread.
I’m leaning toward the felony boys, because without that stupidity, we’d at least still had some depth.

Eastern Kentucky RB Alonzo Booth

Someone that knows someone get this guy to Lincoln. @Carey Murdock can you help? :)

Immediately eligible.

He weighs 250 and may actually be useful as a goalline or close out guy. He went through summer and fall it looks like.

He rushed for 1,381 yards and 21 TD in his last 21 games with the Colonels.

Odom leading biggest transformation of all

“It's my responsibility to develop that room into the best linebacker room in the country. With that being said, guys getting reps, just being smart about reps throughout their careers here,” said Odom last week. “It's a credit to Coach Grinch and the system here.

“It allows you to develop these guys as linebackers from Day One into now, it's the third year in the program. Third year in the defense. So we should be seeing some jumps in production. You should be seeing some jumps in efficient play, especially from the second level of the defense.”

What has been your worst take on the OU board?

Let’s use hindsight fellas… and examine some things you were adamant about at the time but looking back, you realize you were just full stupid. I’ll start…

Mine goes back to to the Kyler Murray potential transfer from A&M thread. I’m this thread I at least said yes let’s bring him on… but I just had to add “only as a WR”. I may have been wrong.

Welp! We've got to talk about it. The Luther Burden decommitment happened. And Josh is here to tell us why it happened and what's next. We all got to see our second practice and we're continually blown away by the young talent on defense. We also talk about what happens now moving forward in recruiting without Burden and the other losses. Also, we wonder how bad Nebraska is going to be and how can you be so bad that even cheating doesn't help?
