How long is it before college programs have these kids signing legal binding contracts? Like maybe Lole did already, I'm not sure, but still. When kids start jumping around like this and this is just the beginning of breaking a "commitment", who's ego gets hurt enough to start pushing the NIL deal is on paper, a full fledge contract, with legal ramifications if such "athlete" breaks that? Something to watch in the future. On a side note pertaining to this topic, my daughter is pursuing a sports management degree. I have told her go on and get your law degree because the next 20 years is going to need people who serve as legal reps (agents) for these big time college athletes. Any opinions?
