I've seen some bad gameplans in my day but that takes the cake. We knew going in that UK would struggle stopping the run and we try to pass and do bubble screens and east west plays to start the game. Made no sense. And, the possession after Ethan Downs interception would make you believe that Lebby had $ on the Jayhawks. Blew my mind!!
1) Lebby can't get out of town quick enough for me. I gave him credit for the UT game but today was unacceptable!
2) If I never see another Gavin Freeman quick pass or bubble screen again, I will be a happy man. Like GF as a player but that does not fit within his skill set. Once again, on Lebby.
3) We did not throw the ball down the field all day today until the last possession. I get that Dillon doesn't have a strong arm and it was windy but damn.
4) Defensively, I can't remember one sack today and not much pass rush. Don't understand that either. Their last possession was basically letting him sit back there and find someone. Unreal.
BV looked like a rookie coach today. Very similar to last year. Lebby should apolgize to the OU faithful for the pathetic job he did. Once again, when he leaves it won't upset me one bit.
