What do coaches talk about before the game?

I've always wondered about this.

Are they talking about the weather? How's the family doing? Do they discuss the qualities of their players? What are they talking about?

Also, does anyone know what Art Briles said to Bob Stoops during the handshake after the Baylor game? I've heard rumors that it was something bad or rude.
