Disagree. There are four PAC-12 teams, 2 SEC teams, a Big 12 team, and an ACC team. This years tournament is basically a SEC-P12 Invintational unless FSU crashes the party also. Hopefully our Sooners do it again and sends them all home.
We lost to Arizona Wildcats not Arizona State Sun Devils.I like our chances again this year. UCLA and UO both will be tough. UF doesn't have the bats, UGA without their ace pitcher, is lucky to be in. UW, is a solid team but NC caliber. We get a shot at redemption if we beat UW against the winner of UO vs ASU. We lost early to both teams but OU has been on a roll.
Sydney needs to get her bat back. Her, get a hit almost every time at bat, rattles pitchers.

The two SEC teams are only in because they got to play another SEC team. Everywhere else where an SEC team had to play a different conference, they lost.
I give Florida credit. They’re a legit contender to win it all. Georgia is a dark horse. All the other SEC teams that got into the regionals were fakes and phonies and riding on the bias of the committee.
I wish the Az teams would join the Big XII.....for selfish reasons. No Az teams in golf this year. OU just got eliminated by Auburn 3 - 2 in match play. OSU was #1 all year long and favored to win it all this year. Both schools have good softball programs, so consider how much stronger a softball conference the Big 12 would be if the Arizona schools joined the B12 like some have suggested. And football. And basketball. And baseball. And golf.

You’re right, 59. I don’t like Lowery’s “toss” to first even when we get the out. It becomes a habit and today when she tossed to home it needed to be a throw to the plate. The toss is always high and lazy. It needed to be quick and on the plate for the out. There was ample time but she is accustomed to making that play in that manner. But when we don’t score, it doesn’t matter so I’m not blaming our pitching. The loss is on our offense. Haven’t our 4 losses been when we don’t score or score very few runs? Oregon 5-0. Washington 2-0. I cant remember the others. Yet we are the highest scoring team in women’s softball. I’m rambling. Sorry.
Other than the obvious....OU isn't still in the tournament....my biggest disappointment has been the poor umpiring. Take it from an old, old ASA ump that called hundreds of women's softball...fast pitch and slow....I would have been embarrassed being on the field with several of the umps in the this tournament. Just watched another ridiculous miss by the first base ump in the UCLA (boo) and Florida State game. It went against UCLA but right is right. You would think the NCAA would have better umps for the World Series of Women's Softball.
