In an article published today titles "Assistants ready for head coaching jobs" Venables was listed as one of the coaches they believed was primed to step into a head coaching job. With the recent success he has had at Clemson, his outstanding track record, his intimate familiarity with the Big 12, and his coaching lineage and connections to K-State, I believe he would make a perfect replacement for Snyder. Just curious to get everyone's thoughts. Thanks!
