The IT factor is at another level guys.
I was a 2-sport starter at the D2 level so I’ve been around a lot of coaching staffs. Ive played for coaches that struggled to get players to buy-in and coaches that you’d run thru a brick wall for.
I really believe that Venables and Co. just have it. Dudes love em, like em, and straight up believe in the vision that’s being cast.
We may not know yet what kind of in-game coach BV is, but I’ve seen enough to know the guy is a pied piper to ELITE talent - especially on the defensive side of the ball.
