the talk about us beating TCU with a back-up qb

What pisses me off is that they keep comparing Notre Dame's win over Texas to OU's loss to Texas, however, they fail to mention how Iowa State beat Texas 24-0 and we beat Iowa State 52-16. It's apples and oranges, you can only compare head to head matchups and OU hasn't played Notre Dame. If we beat TCU, what does that say about Texas? TCU beat Texas 50-7. They also fail to mention that a former OU coach is with Texas, no idea if that had anything to do with it or not.

David Pollock is an SEC shill. He tries to do all he can to undermine any Big XII team. A careful look at things doesn't support this SEC superiority this year. But everybody says that Alabama looks like the best team in the country because of how great they've looked against the rest of the SEC.

I don't think they want Bama exposed by another fast pace offense. In a slug fest, they have a great chance because it's more about the big, talented maybe not so bright guys they have in the trenches. But when Kirby and Nick can't think for them on the sidelines because of the pace, and they have to get themselves lined up, they aren't as good at it.

Bama has a terrific OLine. But just as they were two years ago, they are ordinary at quarterback, just like most of the rest of their conference.

Their Division is known as the best in college football. LSU? average at quarterback. Just lost to Arkansas at home. Arkansas has one of the top three quarterbacks in the SEC which this year ain't saying much. Tech beat Arkansas there. Their soph quarterback lit up the Pigs.

A&M had a good win over Arizona State. But they haven't looked great since. Lots of quarterback struggles. True freshman now the starter. He will be good... in the future.

Ole Miss lost to a good, non major Memphis. An SEC non conference road game!

Auburn eeked out a win over a very good FCS team. At Home. OT required. IF the Jacksonville St HC hadn't gone brain dead late, that wouldn't have happened. And the East is awful.

But the SEC p.r machine keeps pumpin' it out. Pollack is as fair minded as CNBC.
