Why play 2 high safety's and "off" coverage when their QB can't throw the ball. ALL DAMN GAME???

Everybody and their dog knew coming into this game Texas would run their QB as the primary threat.......except Bob and Mike Stoops???!!!!!!!
Texas ran like 10 different plays. Literally like a Pee Wee football offense and OU had NO ANSWER??!!!
The O-line is TERRIBLE. Every damn single one of them is TERRIBLE. Hard to even understand terrible.
They couldn't block 3 guys with 6 blockers??!!!
Play selection and scheme was awful !!
No screens, no attacking the middle of the field???
