Announcement is finally official. Skip Johnson has added LHP Cam Johnson from LSU. He was a true freshman last year. He was ranked as the #11 high school player in the country out of IMG academy and the #43 MLB draft prospect. He was drafted in the 20th round by the St. Louis Cardinals out of high school, but elected not to sign. He’s listed at 6’5 255 pounds has a fastball that sits 93-95 but tops out at 97. A weekend rotation with the Witherspoon twins and Cam Johnson heading into the SEC?👀
