When Swoops fumbled on the goal line, Parker dove for the ball and knocked it around. Then it seemed everyone stopped and a TX player (Pole I think) picked it up. Later the announcer said the replay booth actually ruled it a fumble and gave Pole the credit for the touchdown.
Question is, if the whistle blew when the ball was loose, what is the ruling? If everyone stopped due to the whistle, should it of been ruled a touchback?
