Someone might have answered this but does anyone know what BV meant when he said that.
My assumptions
1. Actually wanting to drop bags on players, it has been that BV kinds has a hoard of cash that isn’t being spent.
2. Making practice less physical to cut down on injuries
3. Lastly, my hope is that it is both of those things.
