Has the “it” factor. Dude is a gamer and honestly reminds me a lot of Baker with his pocket presence and ability to make something happen by creating time and finding someone downfield. Average college arm talent. Good enough (Reminds me of DG) He is a shockingly good athlete and runner. I feel like he would 100% create some wow plays in the SEC. The arm talent is somewhat concerning, but the mobility helps to create a lot of wide open dudes on scramble drill. I would say against the elite teams if they can keep him in the pocket he probably won’t light it up. Needs to continue to improve throwing people open, but he is a sophomore in his first year starting and that should improve.

Overall grade: 8.2

Calm under pressure. Blitzes right in his face and he is looking down field throwing accurately. Throws an elite deep ball from an accuracy perspective. Doesn’t look like an elite arm either, but not bad. Solid athlete, but not going to wow you. Good pocket awareness and keeps eyes downfield. Overall he feels solid to me, but I don’t see heisman type talent. Also extremely young and could get much better.

Overall grade: 7.5

He has some real arm talent. Can make every throw you need both in the pocket and on the run. He is more mobile than I expected and in high school was taking it to the house from long distances. Seems similar to Jackson as a runner. Throws with better anticipation than most at his age, which is a big trait to me. I understand why he hasn’t popped in high school, but honestly I see someone who, with good coaching, can be a high end P4 QB. He probably needs some time to get acclimated to the game, but I think he can play. Needs to loosen up a bit. Feels a little robotic in the pocket. I was shocked at how much I liked him. Haven’t seen his senior film yet

Overall grade: 7.8

This dude is calm cool and collected. Very accurate thrower at all three levels. Could tighten up the mechanics a bit. Looks like a good athlete at his level (6A in Oklahoma) Arm talent is not special, at least not yet. He makes some throws late and gets away with it because he is so accurate, but that won’t work in college against better competition. I see upside, but I think he needs a lot of development. If he wants to come to OU and sit for 3 years, id take him… but I don’t see immediate contributor at the P4 level

Overall grade: 6.8
