Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops annoounced Thursday afternoon freshman running back Rodney Anderson will miss the rest of the spring after suffering a sprained MCL. During the interview Stoops stressed the injury isn't 'major' but that he would indeed be shelved for the rest of the spring.
That's certainly a tough break for the early enrollee out of Katy (Texas) after already making some noise so early in camp. There's a thread pinned with Samaje Perine's early impressions on the former Rivals250 running back.
