Rivals RB Ratings?

I was clicking through Rivals 2025 player ratings and noticed that Taylor Tatum isn't listed in their top 250 of all players. Several RB's were listed in the 250. Obviously I am surprised. Can an OUinsider official clear this up for me. Why would he not be listed? After watching his film, I am doubly surprised. The young man is truly special.
