With Thanksgiving just a few days away, I was thinking of smoking something as a side to bring to my family gathering.
I have a Pit Boss pellet smoker and use the Smokehouse Blend.
My dad smokes all of the meat, so I am looking for some recipes for smoked dips, pastas, etc.
