I'm a relatively healthy person and maybe use 1-2 sick days every year. (I get 10 paid sick days every year)
My boss actually sent a blanket email regarding sick days and how our department has used 4x more this quarter than we did last year, first quarter. Do you burn all your sick days each year? My wife seems to think I should use all of them because there's no incentive if you don't use them. I refuse to call in and act sick for the sake of taking a day off...am I alone on this?
