Who is the biggest bust, in terms of somebody that came to OU, was highly-touted, and never fulfilled??? And I'm not asking for guys who got in trouble like Trey Metoyer. Someone who was suppose to do big things, played 3 to 4 years, and never delivered. I haven't been following Oklahoma recruiting that long so forgive my lack of knowledge, but the biggest one to me is former linebacker Daniel Franklin. He was 4 stars coming out of high school, played in the Under Armour game, was the number 5 linebacker in the nation. Yet he never made it off special teams.
