OT: September vacation in Quebec

Spending about 12 days in Quebec in September with my plus 1 and 2 adult children. Will be spending a few days each in Montreal, Quebec City, Mont Tremblant and Tadoussac (going whale watching there).

Already have accommodations booked. Any recommendations on restuarants or things to do (especially hikes) from folks who have been there? Thanks!
