Another reason why I can't stand the Cardinals.Somebody might be going to prison...

Schoonerman,This is pretty serious stuff. Corporate espionage. Jail time for Correa, loss of their 2016 draft picks, not allowed to appear in the post season (regardless of their record), and at least a 7-figure fine for the Cardinals might get their attention.
It's a fair question. They may have. The Houston connection was former scouting/personnel employees of the Cardinals that went to the Astros. From reading between the lines, there was/is bad blood between the two organizations because of this.I just wonder how much spying and computer hacking the Cardinals were doing on teams they played in the post season.
I'm a lifelong Cardinal fan too. This is so disappointing. But I can't imagine eliminating the Cardinals from postseason. The punishment would just be too harsh. They draw 2 - 3 million at home and they're also a huge draw on the road. A lot of those fans would not have an interest in paying to see a team that can't possibly make the playoffs regardless of record. Therefore other teams would suffer.
The Cardinals have operated in a squeaky clean manner historically.
