Wuf...I was trying to come up with something that would scare off critters that tunnel under my barn...and I ran across something that might work.
It made me think of your grackle problem...thought you might be Interested?

It also got me thinking what all the funny things you could use one of these things for....you can record any message or sound you like.
I first got the Idea from a salesman that mounted one of these things at a customer's business...and every time the salesman's client walked past the device...the recorder would say..."I better call_______and place another order"....both thought It was funny.
I thought about mounting one at the rear entry of my house...with the recording of the sound of pump shotgun being jacked...followed by the sound of a growling big ole bone crusher dog.
I've also have a golf related Idea...I'll save It for now.
I'm sure board members could come up with some clever uses.
