O.T. Referees vs.Two Florida H.S. Teams?

Five hundred sixteen yards In penalties...three ejections of two coaches and one player.

I couldn't figure out who was more at fault here...the refs...the players or both sides' coaches?

The referee was arguably more upset than the players here, who clearly didn't like each other. The ref kept telling them to "shut up" as they jawed at each other and he threw flags.
