Let's try to be rational.
Brent Venables has been coaching for 30yrs. From the low-level days of rebuilding a horrible Kstate, to the highest mountain top of national titles....he HAS to know what he saw yesterday is just awful. That part is not up for debate
Just awful and absolutely unacceptable, and not fair to any fan who paid for tickets or made that trip.
Standing there in his semi-stoic stance he's got to be seething inside.
So to be hopeful, maybe he's letting the assistants bury themselves so they have no argument when he overrides them.....OR either he's afraid to put his foot down and speak up/make changes. I can't imagine it being the latter, but why he let anything continue after halftime is mind-boggling.
First 3 games we saw improvement every week, then the bottom somehow falls out? Silver lining is we have seen what the team CAN be when clicking.
