Need help with my NCAA Football 25

So I bought an Xbox S a few months ago used just for this game. I had some games on it from the previous owner that I was playing but I finally got to where NCAA was on sale in the Xbox store so I restored the system and downloaded the game along with fallout and Skyrim. I haven’t played fallout yet but Skyrim loads just fine. When I try to go to play NCAA it loads to the title screen and I hear the music but then it just sits there and none of my buttons are responsive. Any ideas on what to do? I use Rise broadband for internet.
