If I'm Golding, and I'm convicted OU is my new destination, do you still depart early? Do you announce but stay on as an advisor? Would you want to move and advise OU on a consulting basis (I'd argue this would be a VERY bad move)? Or (most likely), do you wait to announce at the end of the OU season?
