OU landed commits from Grimes, DE, the #1 player Tennessee 5 star and Whitter, LB from South Carolina this last week. I heard Riley is making a strong push for Porter, 5 star receiver from Penn State (New Jersey) that entered the portal. Things are moving.

OU landed commits from Grimes, DE, the #1 player Tennessee 5 star and Whitter, LB from South Carolina this last week. I heard Riley is making a strong push for Porter, 5 star receiver from Penn State (New Jersey) that entered the portal. Things are moving.

Three years into his tenure at OU, Riley looks to be recruiting better each year and I think his recruitment of DT Grimes signals a breakthrough in recruiting defensive talent. With 6 (?) commitments left, I think at least 3 more high end defensive players are OU targets.
The player from Penn State, Joey Porter, is listed as a corner back, which is now a huge priority in OU's recruiting.
