Greatest Oklahoma HS players who couldn't get it together to get to OU?

One of the most electrifying Oklahoma HS football players whom I ever saw in person (and wanted to go to OU) but couldn't get himself together was Mandrell Dean. The thread on "speed" at OU reminded me of him. He was like ropin' the wind and would have made a difference for an OU team during the "lean years".
