*He is the fifth four-star in-state linebacker Oklahoma has signed, the previous for were Dane Zaslaw in 2003, Curtis Lofton in 2005, the late Austin Box in 2007, and Ronnell Lewis in 2009.
*The last time Oklahoma had a commitment from such a highly ranked inside linebacker it was Lewis' classmate in 2009, Tom Wort.
*I believe him to be the first commitment to Oklahoma from his area of Tulsa since Aaron Colvin of Owasso in the 2010 class.
*He is the earliest linebacker commitment in memory, the previous place holder was Daniel Franklin in the 2008 class, who Draper beat by a day.
