2014 - Decent Team, but was 8-5Pinning OU's struggles in 2021 on one player.....a freshman QB......when the entire team had issues at virtually every position, reflects the view of someone who seemingly did not watch OU in 2021.
OU lost to Baylor and OSU.....as a team. And remember, CW made game changing plays in the Texas and Kansas games. Without him, OU may not have won 11 games.
As for OU losing its last two games in a season, try:
2014, OSU, Clemson
2003, KSU, LSU
1996, ATM, Texas Tech
1995 OSU, Nebraska
1988, Nebraska, Clemson
1982, Nebraska, Arizona State
2003 - KSU was Big 12 Championship / LSU Natty
1996 - OU was 3-8
1995 - At #1 Nebraska (OU went 5-5-1)
1988 - I'll give you that
1982 - at #3 Nebraska
I get what you are saying (it clearly has happened) just trying to put things into context. This year's teams was supposed to be in the CFP and had the Heisman Front Runner at the start of the Season.
