Don't take it personal

Pinning OU's struggles in 2021 on one player.....a freshman QB......when the entire team had issues at virtually every position, reflects the view of someone who seemingly did not watch OU in 2021.
OU lost to Baylor and OSU.....as a team. And remember, CW made game changing plays in the Texas and Kansas games. Without him, OU may not have won 11 games.
As for OU losing its last two games in a season, try:
2014, OSU, Clemson
2003, KSU, LSU
1996, ATM, Texas Tech
1995 OSU, Nebraska
1988, Nebraska, Clemson
1982, Nebraska, Arizona State
2014 - Decent Team, but was 8-5
2003 - KSU was Big 12 Championship / LSU Natty
1996 - OU was 3-8
1995 - At #1 Nebraska (OU went 5-5-1)
1988 - I'll give you that
1982 - at #3 Nebraska

I get what you are saying (it clearly has happened) just trying to put things into context. This year's teams was supposed to be in the CFP and had the Heisman Front Runner at the start of the Season.

OU hasn’t lost the last two regular season games since Bob Stoops was named head coach…..I think. That’s 20+ years ago. So ending the 2021 regular season with the only two losses of the year was a kick in the groin for a lot of Sooner fans. Just saying. Thankfully, Bob came back and lead the team to a season ending bowl victory. Sweet justice.

That's true. But it was asked when an OU team lost its last two games in a season.
Some games I listed were playoff and bowl games, some when OU had poor seasons.

Iowa State was sandwiched in between those two losses.

I didn't pin him nothing on him.
He pinned himself. He is a walking talking hype machine. He and his Daddy held his on recruiting conference.
BTW... it wasn't me that was I chanting "We Want Caleb".

2014 & 2003 OU was in big time games. BCS Natty & Playoff games.
2021 is more liking of 1996 and earlier. So... what we have here is a Fr
QB that tooted is horn to recruit a top class to follow him and then couldn't close on the big time recruits at the end of last year. He then went on to be the losing QB in the likes of the Blake years.

I couldn’t follow your post, Nasty. But it’s probably just me.
