Does Bob Stoops

or has Stoops ever suspended an underage(under 21)player for just drinking alcohol. Not if he was caught by NPD or OUPD under the influence but would he ever suspend a player that he knew was drinking underage? I know there will be some suspensions apparently for pot use and so I'm just curious what Stoops view of consuming alcohol as a minor is.
