Last year while at Nebraska, Bob Diaco had historic-bad numbers for the Blackshirts as their DC. There were rumblings it could be attributed to micromanaging by AD Eichorst. And with him being in Lincoln only 1 yr, I was skeptical of the Nebraska defense numbers, if they were real or not, given his past success at ND. However, seeing the same incompetence and implosion happening with the OU defense this season, I think its safe to conclude Diaco is terrible. Everything he touches turns into a dumpster fire. I hope the Sooners land the current Crimson Tide DC and this Sooners football team will be literally unstoppable in future.
