Iowa's Kadyn Proctor just debuted as the highest-ranked OT prospect in the 2023 class when the first Rivals100 was released today. Oklahoma just recently got involved with Proctor, offering him earlier this month. He has a comment about OU and LSU, the other recent offer this month, in the article below:
