Teddy and Gabe had Cale on their most recent pod. Pretty good stuff, and still wish he was on staff. I get why he's not, but still sucks.
They asked him about the 2022 OU season, and he said they were way better than 6-7. Should've easily won 8, if not 9 or 10. But, the only thing I disagree with is he said OU basically had the same players they had in 2021. So he said it wasn't aplayers problem, LOL. He said they returned 7 or 8 of their leading tacklers on defense from 2021. Ummm, 5 guys on defense were drafted to the NFL from that 21 D. 2 DL, 2 LB, and 1 DB. And we lost the Heisman winner. So, no Cale, it wasn't the same players.
He's flat out wrong about that, but really good pod. Highly recommend it.
