In the spirit (no pun intended) of this year's football season (insert drunk uncle), I have decided to become bourbon /whiskey snob. It all started when I went to Lincoln for the Nebraska game (remember when we were 3-0 and undefeated ? Yeah... me neither...) and hung out with a buddy that lives there. He has a wall with about 30 different bourbons & whiskeys. He said try this and that one. I told him I see Whiskey. I see handcufs. He said, "No, bro.. You are doing it all wrong. Take a sip and taste the various & complex flavors" From this, my favorite two were: Eagle Rare & Blanton's. Let t me & the board know... what are your favorite bourbons or Whiskeys?
