Currently, ABC is not available on DirecTV and the Big XII Championship game is on ABC. Is there another way to watch the game since I can't get ABC on my TV?

Well shit! Just found out next week's game at WVU is also on ABC!

Any solutions?

I also have DirecTV, so I am thinking you can watch it through ESPN's web site. Log in with your DirecTV password.

Thankfully my local ABC station reached an agreement with DirecTV last year. Up here in northeast Nebraska our local ABC station is now fighting with Dish and Hulu.

That's why God invented the sports bar. But l guess half the country shut them down.

I have Frontier and have ABC, but cannot watch anything on FSN. I wonder what would happen if somebody started a cable company that only showed sports programing. I have an antenna. So if l had Directv, l could also watch ABC.

You could buy an antenna?

I don't see the OU game scheduled on ESPN.com.

In Houston, w/ DirecTV, ABC is good to go but it's CBS that we can't get.

Well, looks like a solution is to sign up for fubo.tv. At least I should be able to watch the games with that streaming service. Sucks that it's going to cost me $65.

I’ve been watching ABC games on YouTube the past 3-4 weekends. Stumbled across while looking for OU highlights. Guess they allow live-streaming because of parent company rights (Disney maybe?). Anyway Bama-LSU, Clemson-Duke, and a couple other games I can’t remember were listed as options

I switched to YouTubeTv a few months ago due to Dish having a dispute with our local Fox Station. The great thing about YTTV is that it is only $65 a month compared to the $141 I was paying to Dish. With YTTV you can get all the local stations just fine and one of the great things is you can select which zip code you want to set it up with for those local stations. So if you lived in Arizona and wanted local Oklahoma stations you simply set it up with a OK zip code.

For those that want to watch the game for free another alternative is to pick that weekend to give YTTV a trial run. They don' t give you a long trial but on that Saturday morning of the B12 CG start your trial and then cancel it after the game is played if you choose to. I enjoy YTTV and will never go back to Dish or DirectTV.

You could use Soonersports.com for a fee too or get a membership for all sports they film

The only downfall to this is that you will have to wait till the day after to view it. They do occasionally have live events they show but it is usually stuff like Baseball, Softball, some Basketball but the only football game they have ever shown live are the PPV ones each year. I have the subscription because its a place I can go to watch those Baseball and softball games when they are not on ESPN or a local channel.

It won't be on ESPN through DirecTV, but I've streamed games that were airing on ABC through ESPN's web site before. Just click on watch. If that doesn't work try the ABC web site. I've been able to log in with my DirecTV log in and watch stuff online using both web sites.

Well, looks like I'm good with ABC not being available now that I only have to watch ONE game. I'll use the free trial from YouTubeTV to watch the Big XII Championship game and then cancel the free trial when the game is over. :)
