Avg NIL money

I just noticed the column of info regarding the Avg NIL $$$ per team as listed by On3.

First, anyone know how they calculate this? How they get their info?

Texas is leading by a whopping $271K avg, followed by Bama $133K, Aggie $129K, USC $129K, and Tenn is breaking the $100K barrier at $104K.
OU shows coming in at $89K.
