I found this article that said..."Texas Tech's Baker Mayfield quits on a play after throwing pick" (GIF)

They were talking about Texas Tech's 2013 game vs. KSU...when Baker had to come In when their QB, Davis Webb, went down with Injury.

In looking at Baker's stats In that game....It looked like he did all he could.

I don't know what other QB they would have gone to If Baker would also got hurt...but I would think his coach told him to slide and don't get hurt.
