It has become mind numbingly evident that BV is not capable of leading a football program. His decisions from staff, focus, time management, priorities, preparation, game plans, in game decisions is all not capable of winning consistently. This season also destroyed any credibility. This team has been taught how to lose. This team expects to lose. BV coaches like a guy with inferior talent looking for a way to sneak past an opponent. Maybe worst of all, he has an analog mind set in a digital world. I only see him becoming marginally improved. Why should OU waste another year?
