From some of you guys, really started me to think of the last true freshmen NT/NG that dominated the college game as a "true" not redshirt freshmen. And, I really and truly can't think of one, well not in my lifetime. Is K. McKenzie better than all of the greats to ever lace up cleats? I would love for everyone to drop the name of the last NG/NT to dominate the college game as a freshman. So much so that he was up for the Heisman or the Outland trophy or Nagurski trophy or Lombardi award? I'm really curious to know, because I can't think of one at all.
