He was later called for a phantom PI where Robinson jumped the route and somehow the WR going through him was a PI. All media on hand got a kick out of that.

It’s a one game sample but man did we play an overall clean game last night and see big improvements in self inflicting penalties that we committed far too often last year.

Hard work in the dark paid off….here’s to seeing it carry it over to next week.

Yes I know this is Temple but here are some takeaways I had after the game.

Sawchuk still looks hesitant at times, Taylor Tatum as advertised looked great along with Barnes. Sam Franklin looked good as well. I feel real good about the rb room. Oline was a bit underwhelming, although litrell should've ran the ball more. I feel as if we had better success running outside off tackle than inside, much of that has to do with Temple stacking the box. Defense was great no complaints obviously. Linebackers all looked great. Now I know its temple but Markus Strong is HUGE and deserves some more playing time. Dude came in there like a wrecking ball, hopefully he gets more playing time. JFA looked good I believe the offense that we ran was extremely vanilla, obv don't want to show a whole lot until the Tennessee game. Would love to hear your feedback. BOOMER.

@Parker Thune you may have hit on one again, young Thune. I respectfully disagreed with you on him getting the offer at camp a while back but in the two clips I’ve seen from his Senior year campaign, he looks like a completely different, more fluid player.

Cayden Green listed as the starting left guard for Missouri. Backed up the Brinks truck for a kid that wanted to play tackle and he either doesn't win the tackle job or their depth at guard is so rough he has to play inside anyway. Womp womp.
