The 1st 3 games we OU fans and even the college football world were picking us to maybe end up in the playoffs. What you have already forgotten is that Lincoln Riley only recruited players who wanted to play for him or themselves; not Oklahoma. Give Coach Venables the opportunity over the next 2 or 3 years to recruit players and coaches who are committed to OU; not themselves. I lost my wife of 35 years two years ago and I have learned no matter how hard I try, I'm nothing without my better half. It has taken me longer than I expected to get back being the man I used to be. Riley caused our better half players to leave OU for his own glory and attention. I believe that Coach Venables, his recruited classes, most committed coaches, and the most devoted OU fans ever will lead OU back to OU greatness. As a Christian, I forgive Coach Riley but I will never forget the scar he left on this program. May the Lord's Blessing be upon each of you.
